1st Trust Bank Loan Modification Process

1st Trust Bank is a relatively new financial institution that was established in 2004. Recent problems in the mortgage market have created a need for a 1st Trust Bank loan modification program.

The loan modification process will require that applicants submit at least two years worth of financial information, including tax returns and pay stubs, along with proof of financial hardship..

The 1st Trust Bank loan modification program will take several months to complete. Due to the very small size of the institution and the large number of requests, the average time for approval is 6 months. However, during the loan modification process, all foreclosure proceedings will be stopped.
