Flagstar Loan Modification Process

The Flagstar loan modification program has recently been implemented in an effort to counteract the increasing number of foreclosures the lending institution has been experiencing. This new loan modification process will allow distressed borrowers to restructure their loans through interest reduction and balance forgiveness.

To qualify for the Flagstar loan modification program you must have valid financial problems that can be verified through documentation. Flagstar will require you to submit proof of loss of income, medical disability or loss of a family member. Borrowers will also be required to show proof that they can repay the loan once it has been restructured. The loan modification process will take approximately 2 months to complete and will delay any foreclosure proceedings.
