National City Loan Modification Process

The National City loan modification program is a recent addition to the many foreclosure prevention programs offered by the lender. This program was designed to provide distressed home owners a way to restructure their mortgages, tay in their homes and avoid foreclosure.

The loan modification process will require a modification packet to be completed with all financial supporting documentation attached. The National City loan modification program is very strict about documentation, and failure to submit all paperwork could delay processing.

Along with financial documents, the loan modification process will also require borrowers to submit a Letter of Hardship.
