Resurgent Capital Loan Modification Process

In an effort to slow the high rate of foreclosures, Resurgent Capital has started a loan modification process for its clients. The Resurgent Capital loan modification process will require distressed home owners to submit a request for modification along with a letter of hardship and two years worth of financial information. This is a very standard requirement in any loan modification process.

Once received, your financial information will be promptly reviewed by a loan officer. If it is determined that you can actively pay off the mortgage if the payment was changed, the modification will be granted. The Resurgent Capital loan modification process will take about two months to complete. during this period the home owner is safe from foreclosure proceedings.
